Board Succession and Director appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the following Board changes, which are expected to become effective on 1 February 2025.

Mr. Graham Crocker the current Managing/Finance Director has indicated that he would like to step back from his role to facilitate a succession change within the Board of Directors; the Board has agreed that he will remain a full time Executive Director until April 2026 in order to oversee a smooth transition.

The following appointments have been made to succeed Mr. Crocker.

Mr. Terry Wheatley currently Trade Director and an existing Board member, will become Managing Director.

Terry Joined the Company in 2000 as a Tenancy Manager. Appointed to the board as Trade Director in 2003 and has overall responsibility for the operation of the Company's tenanted estate. Previous positions have included Area Operations Manager for Greenall's and Scottish & Newcastle and public house management for Devenish. Terry has been in the hospitality industry since the age of 16 and was one of the youngest licensees in the UK at the age of 19.  

Mrs. Nicola McLean, currently Company Secretary and Group Accountant, will become the Finance Director and it is proposed that she is appointed to the Board as an Executive Director, subject to the satisfactory completion of the necessary regulatory due diligence. She will also continue in her role as Company Secretary.  The Company will make a further announcement on completion of the due diligence.
