RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 7th January 2025, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 10,521 Ordinary Shares at prices of €24.24, £20.11 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 40,958,388 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 677,554,389.
