Rockwood Strategic Plc (the "Company"), announces that as at 31 December 2024 the unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share was  258.61 pence.

The above NAV calculation is based on 36,797,663 ordinary shares in issue with a nominal value of 5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
