Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 29 November 2024, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 331,843,937 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 332,473,794 Ordinary 50p shares on 29 November 2024 is due to the cancellation of 629,857 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback programme.

Vistry Group PLC holds 600,097 shares in Treasury. This remains unchanged from the shares held in Treasury on 29 November 2024.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 331,243,840 . This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
