Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed the LiDAR assisted Monitoring and Optimisation solution across multiple wind turbine platforms, announces in compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules that, as at the date of this announcement, as at the date of this announcement, it has 96,037,870 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The total voting rights figure is therefore 96,037,870 and can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
