NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Grainger announces that pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan ("DBSP") and one-off recruitment awards, Rob Hudson, Chief Financial Officer, has completed the following exercise of awards and sale of the resulting ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). Following these transactions, Rob transferred 52,649 Shares to his civil partner Robert Driscoll, a person closely associated ("PCA") with him.

Following these transactions Rob's total shareholding is 171,773.  Rob's total shareholding includes (a) Shares held by Link Market Services Trustees and held pursuant to Grainger's Share Incentive Plan (SIP); and (b) Shares held by his PCA.

In order to fund the income tax and NIC liability arising from the award exercises, sale of Shares (as set out below) took place on 19 December 2024 at an average price of £2.205.
