Resolution to grant planning for student accommodation

at The Island Quarter, Nottingham

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ('Conygar') has received a resolution to grant planning permission from Nottingham City Council for the next phase of development at The Island Quarter, Nottingham. The application comprises a 383-bed student accommodation scheme.

Christopher Ware, Managing Director of Conygar, commented:
