On 18 December 2024, Sage was notified that Amanda Cusdin, who is a member of the Sage Executive Leadership Team, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage ("Shares") at a price of £13.1795 per share.  Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Amanda Cusdin is 151,399 Shares.

On 18 December 2024, Sage was also notified that Amy Lawson, another member of the Sage Executive Leadership Team, sold 14,000 Shares at a price of £13.2443 per share. Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Amy Lawson is 75,052 Shares.
