Grant of FY25 LTIP Awards to Directors
Oxford Metrics plc (AIM: OMG), the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets, announces that on 17 December 2024, it granted share options ("Options") to its executive directors to acquire a total of 663,778 ordinary shares in the Company under the Oxford Metrics Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). The vesting of the options is subject to the achievement of three-year performance targets.

The Options are subject to equally weighted performance targets measuring the Company's relative total shareholder return for the period from 17 December 2024 to 16 December 2027 (the "TSR Performance Target") and compound annual growth in the Company's basic earnings per share for the three financial years beginning on 1 October 2024 and ending on 30 September 2027 (the "EPS Performance Target").
