Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCAs").

In common with all eligible employees, PDMRs were invited to participate in the Premier Foods plc Sharesave Plan 2024 (the "Plan"). The following options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were granted by the Company on 16 December 2024 at an option price of 147.8p per Share. As with all other eligible employees, when the Plan matures in February 2028, PDMRs will have the option to purchase the Shares from their accumulated monthly savings amounts, under the Plan.
