Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces the following purchases of ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") and persons closely associated ("PCA") on 12 December 2024 pursuant to the Gamma Communications plc Share Incentive Plan established on 6 October 2014. The purchase price was 1644 pence.

The scheme is offered to all permanent employees who have at least one month's service. It enables the employee to purchase shares on a monthly basis which are held in a trust; subsequent sales of those shares receive a favourable tax treatment if they are held in the trust for five years.
