Northamber plc announces that Peter Dosanjh will be stepping down from the Board, effective on 31 December 2024, in order to pursue other business interests. Northamber expresses its gratitude to Mr. Dosanjh for his valuable contributions as AV director and dedication during his tenure.

Alexander Phillips, Executive Chairman of Northamber, stated:

"We extend our heartfelt thanks to Peter for his unwavering support and leadership since he joined the Company 6 years ago which have been instrumental to Northamber's growing Audio Visual business. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

"Following Peter's departure, Matthew Light the Managing Director of Tempura Communications, a recently acquired technical Audio Visual and Unified Communications & Collaboration distributor, will be taking an active role managing the Groups other Audio Visual business interests. This will allow the Group to realize synergies and double down on technical Audio Visual distribution."
