Board Changes
The Board of Ruffer Investment Company Limited ("RICL" or the "Company") notes that, as previously announced and in line with the Board's existing Succession Plan, Mr Christopher Russell has stepped down as Non-Executive Chair of the Company, with effect from the closing of the Annual General Meeting on the 10th of December 2024, having served as a Director of the Company for nearly eight years.
The Board would like to thank Mr Russell for his commitment and dedication to the Company, and to wish him every success for the future. The Board wishes to confirm that Mr Nicholas Pink will be the appointed successor as Chair of the Company and Mr Solomon Soquar will be appointed Senior Independent Director .
