Half-year Report - Correction

This is a correction to the announcement published at 07:00:00 on 6 December 2024 (RNS number 0442P).

It incorrectly stated in the fifth paragraph of the Dividend Policy section of the Chairman's Statement:

"Currently, it is estimated that there are sufficient capital reserves to pay this level of dividend for 40 years even assuming no growth in capital or income in the underlying portfolio companies shares."

The corrected statement reads:

"Currently, it is estimated that there are sufficient capital reserves to pay this level of dividend for 28 years even assuming no growth in capital or income in the underlying portfolio companies shares."
