Change of name and TIDM

The Company today confirms its name has changed from MetalNRG plc to Atlas Metals Group plc.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained for the time being until new share certificates will are issued in the coming days.

The Company's stock market TIDM will become "AMG" from 8:00 am (UK time) on 10 December 2024. Our ISIN, SEDOL, and CUSIPs will remain unchanged. The Company's Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) remains 2138003C24H79U5QZH21.
