Director Shareholding

On 5 December 2024, Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company ("Shares") were acquired on behalf of the Executive Directors, pursuant to the Company's discretionary annual bonus arrangements. 

These shares represent 50% of the non-deferred portion of the Executive Directors bonus for FY 2024. Banking remuneration regulation requires that this non-deferred portion is delivered in a mix of cash, and shares subject to a one year retention period.

The Shares noted below are held on behalf of the Executive Directors with all shareholder rights except the right to transfer them for one year, at which point they may be transferred to the Executive Directors.
