This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

Sage announces that, on 5 December 2024, Cath Keers, who is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Sage, exercised options granted to her under The Sage Save and Share Plan, over 3,435 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage ("Shares") and at an option price of £5.24 per share. The options were granted on 14 June 2021 and matured on 1 August 2024.

On 5 December 2024, Cath Keers also sold 3,435 Shares at a price of £13.1447 per share.

Following these transactions, the resultant total shareholding of Cath Keers is 49,004 Shares.
