In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, Wilmington plc (the 'Company') was advised on 3 December 2024 that:

·      Ruth Abdey, a PDMR, sold 799 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 3 December 2024 at a price of £3.98 per share. Ruth's resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 14,879 which represent  0.02% of the issued share capital with voting rights.

This sale is to pay the tax liability on the 2021 share awards which vested in October 2024.
