APQ Global Limited, an emerging markets growth company based in Guernsey, was notified that, on 3 December 2024, Wayne Bulpitt, Chairman of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 6.74 p pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Wayne Bulpitt is interested in 487,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
