Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £1.00 each through Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies") , as part of the share buyback programme, of up to £50m, announced on 5 June 2024.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 4,312,943 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 206,292,017 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).  The figure of 206,292,017 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
