Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Rosalind Lavelle, the wife of Mark Lavelle, Chief Operating Officer, on 29 November 2024 purchased 148 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8,480 pence per share. Following this transaction Mark Lavelle's beneficial holding is now 1,435 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
