Spire Healthcare Group plc (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 31 October 2024 (the "Share Buyback Programme") and the authority granted by its shareholders at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting held on 9 May 2024, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis"):

The purchased Shares will be cancelled.
Following the purchase of these Shares, the remaining number of Shares in issue will be 403,097,028. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 403,097,028. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
