The Company announces that it has sent shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024.

The Annual Report will be available on the Company's website, www.northamberplc.com .

Separately, the Company has become aware of a minor error in note 2 of the notes to the notice of Annual General Meeting published on 22 November 2024. This has been amended such that the date by which shareholders must be on the Register of Members is 17 December 2024 and not 17 November 2024. The corrected notice is also available on the Company's website.
