Announcement of Special Dividend

The Company announces that following the acquisition of Mattioli Woods by Pollen Street Capital and Keywords Studios by EQT and payment of the consideration to their shareholders by way of a scheme of arrangement, the Directors of the Company have decided to distribute the majority of its share of the profits to Shareholders. As a result, the Directors have declared a Special Dividend of 6.0p per ordinary share.

The dividend will be paid on 21 February 2025 to Shareholders on the register on 3 January 2025 and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend* on 2 January 2025.

*  Shares acquired on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend
