Result of Annual General Meeting
EnSilica (AIM: ENSI), a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), is pleased to confirm that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were passed. Full details of the proxy votes received from shareholders prior to the AGM for each resolution are set out below.
After two and a half years with EnSilica, as previously announced by the Company and after not offering himself up for re-election at the AGM, Noel Hurley has officially today stepped down as a director of the Company to focus on other commitments. Noel Hurley has been on the board of directors of EnSilica since our IPO, and we greatly appreciate his contribution to the business during his tenure.
