Repayment of Loan

The Board of Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on the renewal date, 25 November 2024, it has repaid in full and closed the unsecured £10 million sterling term revolving loan facility agreement with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited ("RBSI").

The Company's debt will therefore reduce from £10 million to nil.
