Publication of Prospectus

The Board of the Company today announces the publication of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to the admission of its ordinary shares to the to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market (the "Admission"), the 2025 Subscription Rights Issue and the Placing Programme. The Board has also approved the cancellation of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on The International Stock Exchange (the "TISE Cancellation"). Application has been made for the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's Main Market for listed securities with Admission and the TISE Cancellation expected to become effective on or around 28 November 2024.

A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism  shortly as well as on the Company's website at  https://ncim.co.uk/geiger-counter-ltd/ .
