Second quarterly interim dividend

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc has declared a second quarterly interim dividend of 2.325p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 March 2025, which will be paid on 19 December 2024 to shareholders on the register on 29 November 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 28 November 2024.
