Confirmation of Directorate Change

The board of Mulberry (the "Board") is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, 19 November 2024, all resolutions proposed to Mulberry shareholders were duly passed. The Board notes that resolution 8 in the notice of AGM was withdrawn and not proposed.

In addition, and further to the Company's announcement on 11 October 2024, the Board confirms that Ms Julie Gilhart stood down as a director following the conclusion of the AGM.
