Notice of Half Year Results

NewRiver will announce its Half Year Results for the six months ended 30 September 2024 on Thursday 12 December 2024, following the expected Effective Date of NewRiver's recommended cash and share acquisition of Capital & Regional plc on 10 December 2024 and admission and commencement of dealings in the Consideration Shares on 11 December 2024.

A pre-recorded Half Year Results presentation will be webcast at 9.30am on 12 December 2024 . This will be followed immediately by a live Q&A session for investors and analysts.
