Director/PDMR Shareholding - Acquisition of Shares by Executive Chairman

EnSilica, a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), has been notified that Mark Hodgkins, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 115,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 44.1 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mark Hodgkins holds 665,902 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.69 % of the Company's issued share capital.

Details of the director dealing are set out in the table at the end of this announcement, which has been provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
