Natalia Olegovna Ansell Takes Up Office as NLB Supervisory Board Members

Based on the provisions set forth in the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, the NLB d.d. informs you that Natalia Olegovna Ansell took up her office as a member of the Supervisory Board of NLB d.d. on November 8, 2024, after the European Central Bank expressed the agreement with her appointment to this function, to which she was appointed on June 17, 2024 at the 42nd General Meeting of NLB d.d.

Natalia Olegovna Ansell is a seasoned banker with global experience and detailed knowledge of all technical aspects of corporate banking, retail banking, wealth management, and, above all, of payment and card systems. She was ap pointed to a four-year term of office as members of the NLB Supervisory Board.

In addition to her, the Supervisory Board of NLB consists of its Chairman Primož Karpe, his deputy Shrenik Dhirajlal Davda, Cvetka Selšek, Islam Osama Zekry, André-Marc Prudent-Toccanier, Mark William Lane Richards, Luka Vesnaver, and two employee representatives, namely Tadeja Žbontar Rems and Sergeja Kočar. The mandate of the latter also expired this year, however, NLB Workers' Council has already appointed her for another term.
