Thus, the legal representation of the Fund Manager is carried out by: (1) Mr. Johan MEYER - permanent representative; (2) Mr. Daniel-Adrian NAFTALI - substitute for the permanent representative, in case Mr. Johan MEYER is unable to carry out his activity.
