Posting of Notice of General Meeting

Further to its announcement of 11 October 2024 regarding the publication of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2022, the Company today announces that it has published a Notice of General Meeting of the Company (the "Notice") to be held at the Offices of Panmure Liberum, Level 12 Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street London EC2Y 9LY on 5 December 2024 at 10:00am (the "General Meeting").

At the General Meeting the Company will be presenting the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2022, together with the reports of the Directors and Auditor and the Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 August 2022 to the Shareholders for their approval.

The Notice is available on the Company's website www.homereituk.com.
