Update to capital reorganisation expected timetable of principal events

Further to the announcements of the 16 October 2024 and 1 November 2024, Trafalgar announces an update to the expected timetable of principal events. It is now expected that the Admission and commencement of dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 06 November 2024 and the CREST accounts updates with the New Ordinary Share's nominal value is expected to take place on 6 November 2024.
