ZEGONA TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

During October 2024, Zegona issued 55,060,495 ordinary shares as previously notified to the market by way of announcements released on 18 October 2024.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Zegona hereby notifies that as at 31 October 2024 it had issued a total of 759,209,905 ordinary shares of 1 pence. All of the issued shares carry voting rights of one vote per share.

The above figure of 759,209,905 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Zegona under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
