Announcement regarding the Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meetings of Shareholders convened for 2 / 3 December 2024

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund" / "FP"), announces that on 28 October 2024, it received from the shareholders Mr. István SÁRKÁNY and Mr. Mihai SEBEA a letter addressed to the representatives of FP, accompanied by certain materials addressed to the Fund's shareholders in connection with the Extraordinary ("EGM") and Ordinary ("OGM") General Meetings of Shareholders of the Fund convened for 2 / 3 December 2024.
