Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Titon Holdings Plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

-      On 28 October, Jamie Brooke, Non-Executive Chair of the Company purchased 106,310 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 75.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jamie holds an interest in 106,310 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9 per cent of the Company's total voting rights;

-      On 28 October, Tom Carpenter, Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased 66,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 75.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Tom holds an interest in 66,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6 per cent of the Company's total voting rights; and

-    On 28 October, Christiane Ward, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") to Jeff Ward, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 75.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jeff holds a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
