NWF Group plc ('NWF' or the 'Company'), the specialist distributor operating in UK markets, announces that it has been notified that, on 25 October 2024, Alex Hall, Finance Director of Boughey Distribution Limited, purchased 2,760 shares of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). The Ordinary Shares will be held in a SIPP for the benefit of Mr Hall. Following this transaction, Mr Hall will have a beneficial interest in 2,760 Ordinary Shares representing 0.006% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
