Posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

Quadrise plc (AIM: QED) announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy to shareholders that have elected to receive documentation in hard copy format. All documents will be available from the Company's website at www.quadrise.com shortly.

The Company's AGM will be held on Friday 22 November 2024 at 12.00 noon at the Park Plaza County Hall Hotel, 1 Addington Street, London, SE1 7RY.

Following the conclusion of the AGM, the Company will give an investor presentation that will also be available via the Investor Meet Company ('IMC') platform. Shareholders can sign up to the Investor Meet Company platform via https://www.investormeetcompany.com/quadrise-plc/register-investor . Investors who have already registered will be invited automatically. Questions can be submitted pre-event via email at ir@quadrise.com or via the IMC dashboard. At the conclusion of the investor presentation, the Company will invite questions from those attending in person and will also seek to answer as many of the pre-submitted questions as possible during a live Q&A session.
