Change of auditor

Mirriad Advertising Plc ("Mirriad", the "Group" or "the Company") announces that PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") has resigned as the Group's auditor and the Board of Mirriad has approved the appointment of Cooper Parry Group Limited ("Cooper Parry") as the Group's new auditor.

Cooper Parry will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year to 31 December 2024 and a proposal to re-appoint them as auditors of the Group will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

PwC has been the auditor for Mirriad since 2016 and we thank them for their services over this time. PwC has confirmed to the Company that there are no matters connected with their ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006
