Block Listing Application

Oxford, UK - 21 October 2024:  OXB (LSE: OXB), a quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that  application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Exchange for admission to the (i) the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) ("ESCC") category of the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 800,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the company (the "Ordinary Shares"), 500,000 of which will be issued from time to time pursuant to the OXB Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and 300,000 of which will be issued from time to time pursuant to the OXB Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP).

The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time pursuant to the following schemes:

·      OXB Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) (500,000 Ordinary Shares); and

·      OXB Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP) ( 300,000 Ordinary Shares).

It is expected that admission to the Official List and the London Stock Exchange of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on 24 October 2024. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue.
