Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Brad Ormsby, Chief Financial Officer, and his spouse on 17 October 2024 and 18 October 2024 respectively effected a "Bed and ISA" by way of the sale of 230 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and immediate repurchase of the same number of Ordinary Shares into their respective ISAs, each at a price of 8900 pence per share. Following this transaction Brad Ormsby's beneficial holding remains unchanged at 4,551 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.07% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
