Termination of Appointment of Adriaan Roecoert as Director

Woodbois Limited (the "Company") announces that, effective 9 October 2024, Mr. Adriaan Roecoert has vacated his position as a director of the Company. This decision was made in accordance with Article 111.6 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, which permits the directors of the Company to request the resignation of a director by formal written notice.

As a result, Mr. Roecoert is no longer authorized to act on behalf of the Company, engage with employees, clients, or any other stakeholders, or represent the Company in any capacity. The necessary corporate filings to reflect this change will be completed promptly.
