Result of EGM
Corre Energy, a leading developer of underground energy storage projects in Europe, announces that at its extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") held yesterday, in relation to the Company's proposed appointment of a new board of directors, and the specific delegation to the Board regarding the issue of shares, the granting of rights to subscribe for shares and the exclusion or the restriction of pre-emptive rights, each of the resolutions put to the EGM were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions was included in the Agenda and Explanatory Notes for the EGM, published on the Company's website on 27th September 2024 ( https://corre.energy/investor/regulatory-news/ ) and the minutes of the EGM will be available to view on the Company's website later today.
