Director/PDMR shareholding

Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, announces that it has been notified that on 7th October 2024: -

·      Mehr Malik, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 88,440 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.64p per share. 

·      Kevin Davidson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 87,817 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.68p per share. 

·      Kate Kempster a connected person to Jonathan Kempster, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 131,578 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.70p per share. 

·      Peter Searle, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, purchased 85,550 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.619p per share.

Following these purchases :-

·      Mehr Malik is beneficially interested in 246,790 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

·      Kevin Davidson is beneficially interested in 536,917 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.80 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

·      Kate Kempster a connected person to Jonathan Kempster is beneficially interested in 294,648 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.44 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. 

·      Peter Searle is beneficially interested in 3,914,742 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
