Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces that the wife of Michael Tyerman, Chief Financial Officer, has transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"),  Ordinary Shares into her ISA. Mrs Tyerman sold 5,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 64 pence from an account in her own name and purchased 5,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 64 pence to be held in her ISA.

Resultant Holding

Following the Transfer, Michael Tyerman's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 734,663 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
