Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM

Indus Gas Limited (AIM:INDI), an oil and gas exploration and development company, announces that it will shortly be posting its 2024 annual report and accounts, together with a formal Notice of its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") (the "Notice of AGM"), to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at PO Box 112, St Martins House, Le Bordage, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4EA on 29 October 2024 at 11.00 a.m. (GMT). The Notice of AGM, detailing all proposed resolutions, will be available on the Company's website, https://www.indusgas.com/ .

The Company notes the inclusion of Resolution 5, which is designed to give the Company flexibility to issue new Ordinary Shares if and when the need arises, rather than calling a separate general meeting for such issue.
