M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") announces that it was notified today, that Dominic Agace, CEO of the Company, sold and then immediately repurchased 8,500 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a sale price of 196p and a purchase price of 196.35p per Share in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction.
Following the transaction, Dominic Agace's interest, together with persons closely associated with him, remains, in aggregate, at 739,694 Shares, representing 5.73 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company's issued share capital.
