Result of Annual General Meeting ( " AGM " )

SDX announces that, at the AGM of the Company held earlier today, Resolutions 1 to 9 and Resolution 11 were duly passed by shareholders by way of a poll. Resolution 10 was withdrawn prior to the AGM.
